Kate Hudson posted a new bikini photo on Instagram walking along the beach.
The actress and mother of three with toned abs and legs steals attention from the beautiful summer scene.
Kate keeps her whole body strong with peloton workouts, Pilates, and The Mirror.
Summer isn't just a season of the year - it's a state of mind. And Kate Hudson is here for that.
The 42-year-old actress just posted a photo on Instagram that had all kinds of hot vibes. “Feels like summer ☀️?” She wrote in the caption. It definitely does in the seaside snap.
The picture shows Kate walking the beach in a string bikini and a long cover-up that is open to reveal her toned abs and legs. She has a bottle of wine in each hand, and that's all.
"Wow?" Wrote one person. “How do you have 3 babies ?!” said someone else. And of course there were fire emojis for days. They fit your toned legs perfectly.
Those ridiculous abs that Kate works? They are the result of serious commitment to fitness. Kate is a big Pilates star and trains regularly with trainer Nicole Stuart, who she has known since she was 19, Kate previously told Women's Health. "It never gets easier. The more you do Pilates, the harder the things you can do," she said. "I love how flexible I feel and I like what it does to my body shape." (FYI, this is what celebrity Pilates workout really looks like.)
More evidence that Pilates works for her, JIC, you needed it:
Kate also wants to work up a sweat three or four times a week and is constantly changing things. She will usually go through at home workouts like The Mirror and Peloton. "I love peloton," she told WH. "I think they make it so easy to have 'no excuse' workouts."
Kate, who is the brand ambassador for WW, eats well too. She previously told WH that she eats about five times a day. She starts each day with drinking celery juice, followed by a protein shake, oatmeal, an acai bowl, or eggs. The rest of the day she mainly eats plant-based meals, such as pumpkin or zucchini noodles, sometimes with chicken, fish or steak.
Please pass the zoodles on.
