Kim Kardashian continues to rock her single glow with sexy, curve-hugging and designer ensembles in posts for her 334 million Instagram followers. The 42-year-old reality star just uploaded a new reflection for fans, which features a gray lurex turtleneck with a logo print from the Balenciaga x Adidas collab, skinny black shorts with the iconic white Adidas stripes and a black pair Cover wears -the-knee boots by Balenciaga from the Spring/Summer 2023 collection.
While Kardashian is no stranger to looking stunning in parts of both of these brands, with Balenciaga being her ex-Kanye West's favorite label and he just lost his Yeezy deal with Adidas (thanks to his blatant anti-Semitic comments), some fans think so this being the case, such interesting timing.

Kim Kardashian's sultry, curve-hugging Balenciaga x Adidas get-up
In the SKIMS mogul's upload, she sits on a couch, poses to show the side profile of her body and holds up a phone with a black case covering her face. Kardashian wore her long, wavy blonde locks down and parted down the middle for the snap and appeared to be hanging around in her walk-in closet.
For her caption, the style icon, who really needs no introduction, kept her message to fans simple, writing "Hey." While Kardashian received millions of likes in the process, Kardashian's picture also inspired many appreciative comments and others who condemned her for wearing items from a label currently facing backlash for its latest ads.
"Incredible figure," one fan wrote, while another expressed his thoughts with a plethora of heart-eye emojis. Kardashian has been a brand ambassador and outspoken fan of Balenciaga for a number of years, and her ex West (who is now legally known as Ye) collaborated with the label on the popular Yeezy Gap line earlier this year. The fashion powerhouse (along with Adidas) severed all ties with Ye after his numerous anti-Semitic comments and controversial remarks.
Balenciaga is under fire for new ads
In the comments section of Kardashian's post, many fans urged the mother-of-four to "yell out Balenciaga" or "stop" wearing her clothes after a recent ad campaign didn't go down well with many.
Balenciaga has since apologized for her controversial holiday ad campaign, which depicted children with teddy bears and handbags carrying fetish gear like harnesses, cuffs and fishnet stockings. This then prompted thousands of TikTok, Twitter and Instagram users to use a new hashtag this week - #cancelBalenciaga.
Demna Gvasalia, Georgian fashion designer and creative director of Balenciaga, just posted a statement on the matter via Instagram, writing, "We sincerely apologize for any offense our Christmas campaign may have caused." He continued, "Our plush bear bags could have been in this campaign should not be shown with children. We immediately removed the campaign from all platforms.”
With Kardashian, Justin Bieber and Bella Hadid being just a few of the French fashion house's biggest models and style muses, many social media users continue to specifically call them out. Some of Kardashian's most memorable outfits of the year included Balenciaga designs, such as her cut-out pink dress recently worn to the Baby2Baby gala, her plunging, fitted black dress for the label's 51st Couture Collection show at Paris Fashion Week, and more.
