Ouch. Kim Kardashian has been slammed by fans for spending "Friendsgiving" with sister Khloé Kardashian's ex Tristan Thompson following his infidelity and paternity scandal.
In honor of Thanksgiving, the 42-year-old SKKN founder shared an Instagram carousel of photos of her and the NBA player's dinner at Camp Kilpatrick juvenile detention center in Santa Monica.
"This year I'm truly grateful for the people I've met in every prison across the country," the criminal justice reform advocate captioned her post on Thursday, Nov. 24. "This week @realtristan13 and I had an inspirational Friendsgiving dinner with the young men incarcerated at Camp Kilpatrick."
Though Kim and Tristan, 31, had only positive intentions for their visit, countless online critics couldn't help but share their disagreement.

"What are you doing with Tristan?" one Instagram user commented. "She tagged him. She took pictures with him. Just lame, desperate and tasteless,” chimed in another. "She's so lost! She sold her soul!" another person wrote, while a fourth joked, "You left Tristan in jail right?"
The Kardashians star and Chicago Bulls forward's vacation visit comes almost a year after Tristan's paternity scandal. In December 2021, a woman named Maralee Nichols claimed Tristan was the father of her baby boy named Theo, who was born in December 2021. The child was conceived in March 2021 while he was still in a relationship with the Good American founder. Khloé learned of the situation shortly after she and Tristan's surrogate became pregnant with their second child, who they welcomed on July 28. The duo also have daughter True Thompson together.
It was later revealed that Khloé and Tristan had been engaged for nine months at the time of the paternity scandal but broke up afterwards.
Although he initially denied the allegations, on January 3, the athlete publicly confirmed positive paternity test results and issued a statement apologizing to his ex.
"Khloé, you don't deserve this," Tristan wrote on his Instagram Stories at the time. "You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I've caused you. You don't deserve the way I've treated you all these years."
The paternity scandal played out during the second season of the reality TV family's Hulu series, with Kim expressing her outrage at the basketball player more than once. In Episode 1, fans watched as Kim was the first to break the news.
"This whole thing is so sad that she wants a baby boy," the Skims founder told sister Kylie Jenner in a scene over the phone. "And now this girl is going to have a friggin' boy? A damn king to sleep a night with? F—k him. Oh, I was such a team of his.”
