US reality TV star Kim Kardashian West has joined the elite club of the super rich (in case anyone had any doubts) by earning billionaire status.
Her net worth reached $ 1 billion (£ 720 million) thanks to her cosmetics and apparel interests, as well as income from TV, advertising, and investments, according to Forbes Business Magazine.

She is now one of 2,755 characters on Forbes' Worlds Billionaires List.

She became famous in 2007 as the star of the E! TV reality series about her family, Keeping Up With the Kardashians and has been hugely popular ever since.
She reportedly filed for divorce from rapper Kanye West in February after being married for nearly seven years and having four children together.
