Kristin Cavallari spent Father's Day with Jay Cutler: 'We had a beautiful day together'

Kristin Cavallari wished Jay Cutler a happy late Father's Day on Instagram on Monday - and it sounds like they get along.
Cavallari publicly praised her estranged husband for his "heart of gold" and revealed that they had spent Father's Day together as a family on Sunday. The former Laguna Beach star even talked about co-parenting for the first time, telling fans that they "are doing what we do best".

“We had a nice day together yesterday in my new house. Modern family? Co-parenting? Whatever you want to call it, we navigate it the way we can, ”Cavallari wrote. "And what I do know is that our three children are lucky enough to have him as their father. Hopefully all three of them will get a hint of this golden heart. "
The former Very Cavallari stars are the sons Camden (7) and Jaxon (6) and the 4-year-old daughter Saylor.
Cavallari's best friend and hair color, Justin Anderson, praised her and Cutler in the comment section. "You two make up the cutest little team," he wrote. "They are so lucky to have you. Love this family. "
The 37-year-old Cutler and the 33-year-old Hills Alum shocked fans in April when they announced that they would split up after seven years of marriage. Although their joint declarations appeared amicable, the divorce petitions were controversial when Cavallari accused the former NFL quarterback of misconduct in the marriage. She also claimed that he was punishing her for not allowing her to buy her desired Nashville home. (Spoiler alert: she got the house.) They finally agreed to a temporary custody agreement.
Cavallari had published a photo of the “new normal” on Monday. It seems like she is programming regularly again after her divorce.
But fans won't be able to see what Cavallari's new normal looks like on TV. Last month, the reality star confirmed that it wasn't a fourth season of the E! Show.
“When I started this new chapter in my life, I decided not to continue Very Cavallari. I absolutely loved my time filming and am E! Entertainment to make this journey possible. To the fans: I cannot thank you enough for all your support and for keeping up with me over the years. I love you, ”she wrote.
