In the mountains high above Beverly Hills, a large Mediterranean-style house that Kylie Jenner rented when she was just 19 was sold in cash for $ 17 million. The records show that the buyer is an offshore company that is easily connected to His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, the sovereign ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates.
The curvy mansion was built in 1991 by former Hollywood singer Betty Jane Rhodes and her husband, television tycoon Willet Brown, and sold in 2015 from Rhodes' property for $ 9.5 million to designer Marc Canadell, who subsequently owned the dated house before being accepted by Sheikh Hamad's offer, he tried to sell it at an incredibly unrealistic price of $ 35 million.

In the summer of 2017, Canadell rented the house to Kylie Jenner, whose new mansion in Hidden Hills, California, had been extensively renovated at that time. While Jenner collapsed in the big house with her ex-beast Jordyn Woods and a crew of assistants, she hosted an extravagant gender reveal party for Heather Sanders, another of her close friends.
Located at the end of a narrow, windy road right between the Franklin and Coldwater Gorges in LA, the palatial 90210 excavations are ideal for both celebrities and kings. They are hidden behind two large gates and are also attached in abundance by high walls and security cameras.
Sheikh Hamad and his entourage will enjoy the nearly 4-hectare hillside property, which includes an oversized entertainment area in the back yard with a 10-person dining table, a lawn, and two fireplaces next to each other that have built-in banquets that can accommodate two dozen of the closest friends of the Homeowner. Looking west sweeps across the city and drinks the famous LA spectacular sunsets.
The listing points out that the interior of the house includes wooden floors, several French doors and walls with wood paneling. In the foyer, a towering dome with a skylight looks at the gray and white stone floors of the chessboard and is flanked by dilapidated formal dining and living rooms, the latter of which have a double-high ceiling and a fireplace. The extremely chic kitchen is kept in a monochrome, pure white motif and contains all the high-end appliances known to mankind.
A spiral staircase leads up to where the Titanic Master Suite offers a seating area, a marble fireplace and two spa-style bathtubs. Other amenities include a full-size tennis court, old palm trees, a wine cellar, and a soundproofed demonstration room.
Records show that this isn't Sheikh Hamad's only villa in the Los Angeles area. At the end of 2017, he paid $ 9.3 million for a sexed-up contemporary property near Beverly Hills exclusive Trousdale Estates, although he chose to leave this high-maintenance property largely empty over the past 2.5 years.
Hilton & Hyland's Gary Gold and Keller Williams' Rory Barish held the listing together; Connie Blankenship by Douglas Elliman repeated His Highness.
