Lori Harvey spilled the tea on her famous Met Gala belly.
The model and founder of SKN by LH shared the details of the intense exercise regimen that saw her lose her "relationship weight" in a TikTok on Friday.
The 25-year-old previously mentioned the vigorous workout during an interview at the Met Gala. When asked about the secret to her defined abs, she replied, "Pilates." This quote has become a common tone on TikTok, with many users rushing to try the core-focused workout after their comment.

Harvey cheekily acknowledged the surge in Pilates content at the start of her TikTok, before diving into the exercise routine and diet she was following to get her physique.
"Everyone has been asking what I did specifically to get my body to this point. When Mike and I got together I gained about 15 pounds relationship weight and it was awful, none of my clothes fit, it just wasn't OK," she said, referring to her boyfriend, actor Michael B. Jordan.
“So I've been doing Pilates consistently for the past year. I've been doing it for a few years, but I've been really consistent over the last year. And when I was trying to lose weight, I was working out like five, six times a week, and for the first month and a half I would even do it twice a day," she said of doubling her workouts. "So what I would do was I was in a calorie deficit. I think I ate a maximum of 1,200 calories in a day. And I didn't have a specific diet program. I tried to like meat and veggies and like minimal carbs."
Some commenters were surprised to hear how much the model restricted her efforts to lose weight.
"Please don't eat less than 1200 calories folks," commented one user.
"Idk about 1200 girls," wrote another.
Harvey went on to explain that it wasn't Pilates alone that got her back to her pre-MBJ weight.
“I had this sprint interval circuit that I would do; so I would do pilates in the morning and then I would go there and sometimes I would go straight to the gym and hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes and it's a specific sprint interval workout that I have, so if you guys want that I give it it to you later. So then I would do that or I would also like to go hiking or walking stairs, just kind of cardio. That's how you fall," she said, referring to the fat-burning effect associated with cardio exercise. "Pilates alone won't make you lose weight. It'll just give you long, lean muscle. So yeah, so have I made it."
The specific form of Pilates the model swears by is known as Reformer Pilates. Most of the training takes place on an elevated machine that uses springs to provide variable resistance for low-impact strength training.
Those looking to train like Harvey might have to wait quite a long time.
The studio she attends, Forma Pilates in West Hollywood, is one of the most exclusive Pilates studios around and boasts an elite celebrity clientele including Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner and more.
Founded by Liana Levi and dubbed "The Pilates Class You'll Probably Never Take" by The Wall Street Journal, the studio operates on a referral-only basis.
