Mark Hamill had another role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (and a hidden cameo in The Mandalorian)

Mark Hamill's presence in the Star Wars franchise is obvious. He played Luke Skywalker from A New Hope in 1977 until he left in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker 42 years later. But this skywalker has secrets - including two cameos hidden in The Mandalorian and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Disney Plus' Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian behind-the-scenes documentary revealed that Hamill played the bartender droid EV-9D9 in the fifth episode of the series (via CNet).
Hamill went to Twitter to confirm the cameo - and that he was "vocalized in ALL [Star Wars] films except for the prequels." These include Solo, Rogue One, and even Force Awakens, which were previously thought to only appear on Luke Skywalker's silent, stoic figure during the end of Episode 7.

Now that the @themandalorian secret is open, I can also be vocalized in ALL SW films with the exception of the prequels. Many thanks to @matthewood for use in Rogue One, Solo & the Sequels. So I have lines in #EpVII. Tip: Look for roles played by Patrick Williams. # TrueStory

So who did Hamill play in The Force Awakens? It's surprisingly hard to tell - and could be one of the few Star Wars secrets that still come from the film.
However, a user on Twitter apparently narrowed it down to a voice actor named Patrick Correll.

The last voice came "We have a heartbeat!" sounds like him when the resistance transports Finn. Patrick Correll is only credited for that one line in a movie.

Hamill himself is said to have searched for roles played by Patrick Williams, although no such name appears in the credits of The Force Awakens. Is Patrick our man?
Correll's role in the film is an uncredited Resistance Medic you hear saying, "We have a heartbeat!" after an injured fin was brought back to the resistance base. Unfortunately for theorists who think they cracked it, the moment - after two hours - doesn't sound like Hamill, even if he's a legend of speech. However, Patrick Correll's IMDb credits are remarkably sparse, as his only other important work as a crew member is on The Greatest Showman.
Unless Hamill has double duty behind the camera, the search continues to find out who he played in The Force Awakens. Still, we now know what his mando cameo is. Half a liter of blue milk for anyone who finds the other hidden cameo.
