Devoted Donald Trump supporter My Pillow CEO and TV pitchman Michael Lindell stated in a manic interview on Saturday that he still hopes the president can use the military to stay in power.

Lindell described it as "an attack on our country by China and other countries that did this to us". And he pointed out that Trump could continue to use the military to stay in the White House.
"God has his hands in all of this and all of this stuff is revealed," he said.
Lindell was asked about the strong National Guard presence on the streets of Washington to guard against yet another inauguration day attack on the government such as Trump's January 6th assault on the Capitol.
"I don't get it," Lindell said to Glenn. “You know, there are three people and every other person is a military man ... We have all prayed, 'Gee, maybe something will be done' [and] that this president would be ready to say, 'Hey, we were made by someone else Land attacked because we have it. Our country has been under attack for a long time. "
Glenn replied, "I think people hope that this military presence is an answer to what you just said."
The pillow magnate replied: "This is exactly where my hope lies."
Lindell spent much of the interview discussing a brief meeting with the President at the White House the day before.
A Washington Post photographer took a picture of Lindell's disturbing notes before entering the west wing with the sentences "Martial Law" and "Insurrection Act".
He told Glenn that the notes represented the options available to the president. Lindell said Trump was most intrigued by the proposal to hire Facebook and Twitter to restore all suspended accounts.
