Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 52nd birthday over the weekend and broke the internet by finally officially going Instagram with BF Ben Affleck.
"Bennifer" spent time on a yacht in St. Tropez, and J. Lo blessed her IG followers with a series of bikini pics and a reel that makes us all jealous of her incredible figure.
The "Cambia El Paso" singer loves to lift, which makes her legs and bottom super strong and taut.
Jennifer Lopez is officially 52! The singer celebrated her birthday over the weekend and broke the internet by finally officially becoming Instagram with BF Ben Affleck. "Bennifer" spent time on a yacht in St. Tropez, and J. Lo blessed her IG followers with a series of bikini pics and a reel that made us all envious of her incredible figure.
In the pictures, she posted four showing off their super-toned abs and legs while rocking a Valentino bikini, an all-Dolce & Gabbana cover-up, and a pair of light pink heeled espadrilles.

Kim Kardashian commented, "Happy Birthday?" And Jenna Dewan commented, "❤️❤️❤️ ?????".
J. Lo also shared a reel while wearing the same outfit, striking poses and twirling. "It's my birthday ❤️ ?? 5 2 ... what it does ... ", she labeled it.
Mindy Kaling commented "???" and Lili Reinhart commented on "Unreal".
Obviously, her abs are stealing the show. And her trainer, Dodd Romero, previously shared a breakdown of her abs workout with O, Oprah Magazine. And it's intense.

The stretch consists of a set of 50 hanging ab exercises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 slanting seats with a 45 pound plate. Oh you thought that was it? Nope! That's just the first sentence. Then she does a second set of 35 reps each, followed by a third set of 21 reps - with no breaks in between.
And it always hits her hard in the gym. The "Cambia El Paso" singer loves to lift, which makes her legs and buttocks super strong and taut. Last year, in another Instagram workout, she shared that she pushed nearly 300 pounds on her legs 10 times.
And she eats well too. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez, told Us Weekly about her (healthy) foods. “Sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables like strawberries… There are always vegetables like spinach, cucumber and celery to make green juice. They love to start their day with a green juice. "
