Packers vs. Titans predictions: Staff picks for Week 16

The Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers will meet at Lambeau Field in the highly anticipated matchup between two teams that are among the best in the NFL this season.
Not only will the Titans have a chance to stamp their postseason ticket, but they could potentially finish their first division title with a win and a loss at Indianapolis Colts since 2008.
In the meantime, the Packers have already locked NFC North but now want to reach number 1, which would guarantee a goodbye in the first round in the playoffs.
Last week our staff agreed that the titans would beat the Lions. Here's an updated look at where things stand in our employee rating:
T-1. Mike Moraitis (10-4, .714)
T-1. Shaun Calderon (5-2, .714)
3. John Lowell (9-5, 643)
4. Crissy Froyd (8-6, .571)
The Packers enter this game against the Titans. Let's see if our employees see it that way or if Tennessee will be the pick for week 16.

This titan-packer competition has game of the year potential as it features two of the best offenses in the NFL that could lead to a shootout. That means the bottom line in this game is that the team can make some big defensive stops at key points, and I like the Titans' chances of doing this better as their secondary school is finally at full strength. The points will come in bundles and both offenses will thrive on the ground and in the air, but Tennessee's trio of Adoree 'Jackson, Malcolm Butler and Desmond King make the difference when it comes to making the stops the Titans need, to get over the top. Bottom line: Titans 34, Packers 31

Probably the most anticipated game on the Titans game plan is finally here. Tennessee travels to Green Bay to face the packers on the frozen tundra of the Lambeau field. These are two of the most explosive crimes in football, and I expect Sunday Night Football to be a full blown shootout. Ultimately, the Derrick Henry Effect will make all the difference. The retreating superstar of the Titans will wear down the Packers' defenses in freezing weather, which will help bring Tennessee to a compelling 11-4 record with football just around the corner in January. The Packers are a solid team led by one of the league's most respected quarterbacks, but the Titans are at an unstoppable rhythm as Derrick Henry runs back in full form. The Titans should be consistent in dumping Ryan Tannehill and the team will continue on their steady path, climbing to 11-4. Bottom line: Titans 35, Packers 27
