Phil Collins wants his ex wife turned live-in girlfriend to vacate his Miami mansion

Oh this is messy. Furthermore. Like War of the Roses in 2020 style.
Yes: Apparently, Phil Collins and his ex-wife (his third) (we think) estranged girlfriend are at odds again.
Not only at odds, but we also hear that the rocker is trying to evict Orianne Cevey from his Star Island mansion four years after the once controversial exes reunited, TMZ reported for the first time.

History review: The legendary musician, 69, and Cevey, 46, got a lengthy and terrible divorce after nearly 10 years of marriage. The two split in 2008 after the former Genesis frontman paid her a record $ 46.7 million, but in 2016 they managed to fix things for their sons Nicholas, 19, and Matthew, 15.
Despite some health setbacks, things looked pretty peachy to the reconciled couple for a while. Together they ran the Little Dreams Foundation in South Florida and beyond, and Cevey ran her jewelry business, OC Jewelery, in the Design District.

Fast way to the current year from hell.
Cevey apparently fled to Las Vegas in August to bind himself to a Rando named Thomas Bates, who is only 31 years old, reports the British Mirror.
Collins reportedly got wind of the wedding and tried to throw Cevey out of the lavish dig, which the "In The Air Tonight" singer bought for $ 33 million in June 2015.
According to The Daily Mail, the native Swiss was there on Friday and recently posted videos of individual boxing by the pool with coach Kevin Cunningham. Her Instagram account has now been set to private, never a good sign of a public figure.
Ceey's attorney, Frank Maister, told the Miami Herald that they had no comment on the case.
"We're going to be dealing with Mr. Collins in the courthouse, not the gossip column," Maister wrote in an email.
