Pink's Daughter Willow, 9, and Son Jameson, 3, Adorably Crash Her Virtual Workout Session
Pink receives training tips from the most unlikely sources.
On Friday, the 40-year-old singer from "Beautiful Trauma" took part in a virtual one-hour training session on Instagram with fitness trainer Jeanette Jenkins - and towards the end came the star's two children, daughter Willow Sage, 9. and son Jameson Moon, 3rd
In the video, Willow interrupts her mother's outdoor fitness session after about an hour and begins intensive cardio and strength training. At some point the 9-year-old, who was wearing a gray furry romper, is put off by a bee for a moment.
Jameson soon joins and follows his sister and mother. The two siblings start doing some workouts on their own, with Willow even trying to get up while leaning back while her little brother is watching.
Meanwhile, Pink laughs at the camera while Jenkins continues to lead the class while at the same time getting some humor from the kids.

Eventually Willow and Jameson are distracted and run away, so Pink can end their demanding fitness session with Jenkins. "Kicking ass with love," the singer from "Raise Your Glass" said to the video, adding, "Jeanette Jenkins is the best in the world @msjeanettejenkins."
Pink, real name Alecia Beth Moore, shares Willow and Jameson with husband Carey Hart, with whom she has been married since January 2006.
Also on Friday, Pink spoke openly about her marriage to Hart, 44, in an Instagram Live with her therapist Vanessa Inn, saying that couples therapy is a big proponent of their long-term relationship.

"I got a lot of s --- for telling people that Carey and I were in a couple's consultation with Vanessa [Inn]," said the singer. "So I'm talking to Vanessa alone and I'm talking to Carey with Vanessa too." and for Carey and me. It's the only reason we're still together because you know, I think partners after a long time, we only speak - I can't say it's a thing for men and women, I think it's one Partner thing, a spouse thing - that you only speak two different languages. "
"And we wouldn't be together without Vanessa, who has translated for me for the past 18 years," said Pink. "We just wouldn't do it because we as kids don't learn how to have relationships, how to get along with people. I mean what's happening in our country is a perfect example of that. We don't know how to love us don't know how to get along, we don't know how to communicate. "

Pink and Hart have survived their ups and downs. In 2008, they announced their separation - which sparked their emotional separation album Funhouse - but were reconciled the following year.
In January Hart celebrated his 14th wedding anniversary with a sweet message to his wife.
"I am so proud of the life that we have built together," Hart wrote. "We both came from broken families, but we decided to work hard on our relationship. And look at us now! Two outsiders, when we met, we grew up together and now have an amazing family."
