Prince George Looks All Grown Up In New Birthday Photos

Prince George turns 8!
Kensington Palace opened the young king's celebrations on Wednesday by continuing its customary practice of posting birthday portraits a day early. The third in line to the throne will officially celebrate his birthday on Thursday.
New images of the Duchess of Cambridge show a beaming Prince George smiling broadly at the camera while wearing a dark blue and orange collared shirt and matching dark blue shorts.
The photo was taken in Norfolk earlier this month, according to a Kensington Palace press release told HuffPost.

George, the eldest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton, was born at 4:24 pm. on July 22, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
Many thought the portraits would show George in an England shirt, as he wore one in his glowing birthday portraits last year:
It was also believed that the young king would wear some England because George, along with his parents, did not wear a football shirt at two Euro 2020 games in the past few weeks.
Instead, the prince wore a suit and tie to the games and cheered the Three Lions on with all his might during the final:
The England Games were just another glimpse at the Cambridge children, whose presence in royal engagements and social media appearances has continued to grow over the past two years, and especially during the pandemic. It's part of a new shift in Kate and William's social media presence that also includes becoming YouTubers.
The increasing appearances mean royal supporters could also hear the Cambridge children for the first time in a video posted on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Instagram last October.
In the clip, George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis ask questions to broadcaster and naturalist Sir David Attenborough:
Something tells us there will be more and maybe some YouTube appearances in the future - for the Cambridge kids, especially with the Queen's platinum anniversary year in mind.
