Princess Charlene, After Five Months Apart from Kids, Says in New Interview She 'Can't Wait' for Reunion

Princess Charlene wants to see her children again.
Charlene, who has recovered from ear, nose and throat surgery in South Africa while her children and husband Prince Albert stay in Monaco, told local media on Friday that she "can't wait" her 6-year-old To see twins. Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.
In an interview shared on her Instagram, the 43-year-old Royal spoke of her desire to return to Monaco. Before her "last operation" last week, she said that her health was continuing to improve.
"I came to South Africa to oversee some foundation projects," she said. "I felt bad at the time. I had an infection that was treated immediately. Unfortunately, it grounded me here in South Africa for a few months."

Assuring the audience that their health was improving, she continued, “I had my one procedure that was very successful. I'm fine, I feel a lot stronger I still have one more procedure, then I can't wait to get home for my children, whom I miss terribly. I think if there is a mother out there who has been separated from her children for months, [she] would think the same way I do. "
Sources tell PEOPLE that their last surgery was on October 8th and that it "went well".
In the interview, Princess Charlene, who was born in Zimbabwe, confirms her intention to return to South Africa and to participate again in the efforts of her foundation against rhino poaching.
"I am determined to return to the KwaZulu-Natal region and continue the work I set out to do, as I have done in other African countries and in South Africa," she said. "We're saving lives, and right now we have a species that is critically endangered. I can't sit back and let this happen."

Although Charlene visited husband Prince Albert and her twins in June and August, her absence from Monaco since May has sparked speculation about the couple's marriage. Source has persistently denied problems, and in August Prince Albert exclusively told PEOPLE that he was "appalled" by the rumors.
