Rafael Nadal routs Novak Djokovic in French Open final, ties Roger Federer’s Slam record

Rafael Nadal prevailed against Novak Djokovic and even drew with Roger Federer in the career grand slams, where he won his record-breaking 13th French Open title.
Nadal handed Djokovic his first defeat in eleven months, a 6-0, 6-2, 7-5 for the 20th main title.
"It's not the moment, honestly not for me, I'm not thinking of the 20th same Roger in this big number today," said Nadal. “For me, today is just one win for Roland Garros. Roland Garros means everything to me. I have undoubtedly spent the most important moments or the most important moments of my tennis career here.
"The love story I have with this city and this dish is unforgettable."

The 34-year-old Spaniard joined the male slam record of long-time rival Federer. It's the first time Nadal and 39-year-old Federer have had the same number of major titles since they each had zero in 2003.
Nadal defeated Djokovic in the most one-sided best-of-five match of his rivalry, the most productive in Open Era men's tennis with a total of 56 matches from 2006.

"I was completely outplayed by Rafa," said Djokovic of Nadal, who won a fourth French Open title without dropping a sentence. “He surprised me with the way he played, the quality of the tennis he produced and the level. I mean, he's phenomenal. It was a perfect match. "
Nadal also held Djokovic, a 33-year-old from Serbia, in 17 slams. Nadal can overtake Federer, who missed Roland Garros after two knee operations, at the Australian Open in January.
Nadal shot on the way to his 100th match win at Roland Garros (against two defeats).
He only scored the second 6-0 set of her career. It's the first time either player hasn't won eight games in a best-of-five game between the two.
While Nadal is the king of Court Philippe Chatrier, the unprecedented conditions this year favored Djokovic: the new roof has been closed and otherwise cooler temperatures for the first French Open in autumn. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, it has been postponed from its usual May to June dates.
