When the actress spoke openly about her weight loss goals last month, she talked about how difficult it can be to invest in the work constantly.
"Even if you have to crawl toward your goals, keep going x it will be worth it," she wrote. "Try to put a bit of effort into it every day ... I know a few days are hellishly frustrating, you feel like giving up, you're annoyed at the lack of progress ... but good things are coming."
As for Wilson, the star said she hopes to lose 75 kg by the end of the year, which is about 165 lbs.
"I am honest with you - with my" Year of Health "mission I am trying to reach 75 kg and professionally I am trying to get one of my films into production before the end of the year!" She continued. "Both things require a daily effort and there are constant setbacks - but I work hard x."
When Wilson advertises the film Cats from 2019, he also shows that she quickly lost a lot of weight due to the many energetic dance numbers and the warmth on the set.
"I lost 8 pounds in four days and shot my number," she told Entertainment Tonight, explaining that the reason the rooms were heated to "nearly 100 [degrees] Fahrenheit" was because all the dancers were relaxed and agile to keep .
"These people are like the best dancers in the world, so they can't cool their muscles or they could hurt themselves and they would quit the film," she added. "So they heated up the set like a sauna so we never cool off, but [it] made it pretty uncomfortable."
