Report: Ben Roethlisberger hyperextended his knee in Week 13

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger says he's not 100 percent but nobody is at this point in the season. So how not 100 percent is he?
It's not clear as the coverage on this issue is clearly different from the team's official injury report. Roethlisberger was last mentioned in the injury report as a knee injury in week 13. NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reports that Roethlisberger suffered an overstretched knee in Week 13 against Washington.
If he overextended his knee at week 13, Roethlisberger received no treatment for it at week 14, week 15, or week 16 (at least not from the team).

Two weeks ago, CBS's Jason La Canfora reported that the Steelers have "serious concern" about Roethlisberger's knee and that it was a problem in practice and in games. Again, Roethlisberger was not mentioned as "knee" in the injury report for the week prior to or since the day of the report.
Rapoport adds that Roethlisberger has arthritis in both knees. Given its size and the throbbing since 2004, it's no surprise. The question is whether and to what extent he can continue it beyond 2020 or whether he even wants to.
Right now the business has to be done. Today's game against the Colts can win the division. A loss could turn Week 17 into an all-or-nothing battle for the AFC Nord against the Browns.
Then comes the postseason when the Steelers have their hands full. Especially when Roethlisberger's knees get wobbly.
