Rihanna Goes Glam in a Fringed Minidress, Furry Coat & Glittering Sandals With A$AP Rocky
Rihanna and A $ AP Rocky made a rare appearance together when they teamed up with fellow stars in an event hosted by fellow musician Drake.
The duo were seen together leaving the Delilah restaurant in Los Angeles on Sunday evening. In a bold way, the musician “Umbrella” decided on a monochrome look that put the furryest brown leather coat over a structured mini dress with fringes. Her rapper counterpart “Praise the Lord” also opted for leather clothing and combined a matching jacket and pants with a graphic T-shirt.

To complete the look, click “What's my name?”. The singer seemed to be tapping into one of her favorite shoe designers: Amina Muaddi. The designer and Rihanna herself joined forces for the first time in July 2020 for their first joint Fenty shoe collection. Since then, the collection has grown into one of the largest of 2020 and was voted FNAA employee of the year virtually last year show.
The glittery and braided sandals that Rihanna picked last night resemble a collaborative design from her debut collection, Fenty x Amina Muaddi. Although the silhouette was originally released in a light brown color, it features an ankle-wrapping finish on a square toe base and textured heel.
As for Rihanna herself, the multihyphenate is a major force in the fashion world that goes beyond her impeccable personal style. Her first big foray into design came when she signed with Puma in 2014. In September 2015, the musician “What's My Name” created her first Fenty product (an ode to the superstar's last name), the Fenty Puma Creeper. Rihanna won her first FN Achievement Award for Shoe of the Year in 2016.
Rihanna also debuted her Savage x Fenty lingerie collection in 2018, before partnering with LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton the next year. This made her the first female color designer to head a luxury brand among the conglomerate. Together they released the first Fenty collection in May 2019, which consisted of clothing, shoes, accessories and much more. In February of this year, however, LVMH announced that it would put the luxury fashion house on hold "in anticipation of better conditions".
