House of Cards actress Robin Wright has finalized her divorce from Saint Laurent CEO Clement Giraudet and retains all of her awards, including a Golden Globe.
According to the settlement obtained by The Blast, Wright admits she has a "post-marital agreement" with Giraudet that spells out exactly what the other gets in the divorce. In this case, both agreed not to receive spousal support, saying, "You acknowledge that there is no permanent spousal support payable by one party to the other party."

In the agreement, both Robin and Clement will keep their respective clothing, jewelry and various personal items - but Robin has listed several specific assets that she will keep, and some of them are priceless.
Specifically, Robin will keep her home in Santa Monica, another rental property in New York City, and a 2017 BMW. But more importantly, she retains all of her "filmography", any goodwill, and intangible assets related to her career, including as an actress, entertainer, and producer, and including, but not limited to, professionals, celebrities, or other goodwill related their career and the value of their name, voice, signature, photo or image according to any media format existing today or in the future. Like I said... priceless.

In addition, Robin retains all "payments, including balance payments, royalties, earnings, receipts, fees, profit-sharing distributions, deferred compensation, and any other compensation, received in connection with any sequel, television program, musical recording, or stage production." Robin Wright is a successful actor, and with that success comes accolades.

Clement Giraudet has a slightly smaller list of assets he will keep in their divorce settlement. For example, he will keep his two properties in France, a 2015 Range Rover Sport and a Land Rover Defender. Both Robin and Clement have agreed to pay their own attorneys' fees.
As we previously reported, Robin filed for divorce after 4 years of marriage. The former couple were married in a low-key ceremony on November 26, 2017 in La Roche-sur-le-Buis, France, and Robin filed for divorce on September 22, 2022.
