The Russian Defense Ministry has put out another lie that it did not carry out a missile attack on Kyiv on November 23.

Source: RIA Novosti, a pro-Kremlin Russian media outlet, citing the Russian Defense Ministry
Details: The Russians have admitted to attacking Ukraine, but referring to the country's capital, they stated that "not a single attack on targets in Kyiv was carried out".
The Russian military came up with the invention that "the destruction in the city was the result of the crashing of foreign and Ukrainian air defense missiles."
The Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation also lied that the attacks were generally perpetrated “on Ukraine's military command system and related power facilities.”
Background:
Vitalii Klychko, the mayor of Kyiv, reported that on the afternoon of November 23, 31 rockets were fired at Kyiv. Ukrainian defenders were able to shoot down 21 of them, but several critical infrastructure facilities were damaged.
Following Russia's recent large-scale missile attack on Ukraine, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, has blamed Ukraine's air defense systems and the West's "arming of Ukraine" for civilian casualties and damage to Ukraine's critical civilian infrastructure.
