A Russian state news agency criticized the tie that President Biden wore to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin.
A business label adviser told RIA Novosti that Biden's light blue tie was childish.
The same adviser said Putin's tie showed "determination".

A Russian state news agency on Wednesday unveiled an expert who criticized the tie President Joe Biden wore when he met Russian President Vladimir Putin during their meeting in Geneva.
Tatyana Nikolaeva, a business etiquette advisor, told RIA Novosti that Biden's light blue tie indicated "some kind of infantilism," and said the person who chose the tie for the president did not feel safe choosing the TIME .
Nikolaeva added that Biden's tie looked like it belonged in a children's collection.
The same adviser told state media that Putin's burgundy geometric tie showed a certain "determination" and a "determination to dynamically defend his negotiating position," the report said.
Burgundy ties like the ones Putin wears are usually worn at high profile meetings in Russia, another etiquette expert told RIA Novosti.
The expert said that according to TIME, Biden is probably unaware of such a tradition.
