Khlan said Ukrainian forces also destroyed the railway line in the Kakhovska HPP area and the Russian occupation administration was unable to repair it.
"Actually, today the occupiers will not be able to stock up on weapons on the street," Khlan said, adding that other means would not be able to provide the necessary amount of equipment and weapons to Russian troops .

"The only thing they have left are the (pontoon) ferries near Antonivskyi Bridge."
He said that the Antonivsky and Kakhovsky bridges were still suitable for pedestrian traffic and that the invading forces would now be able to evacuate on foot from the right bank areas of the Kherson region.
Earlier, the Southern Task Force of the Ukrainian military said that the bridge in the area of ​​the Kakhovska hydroelectric power station was unusable after the attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Videos circulating on social media showed damage to both sides of the roadway on the bridge, but vehicles were still able to cross. The footage also showed damage to the railway line and several wrecked Russian military trucks. However, it has not been confirmed when exactly the recordings were made.
