Saints DE Cam Jordan ejected for throwing punch, takes blame for loss to Chiefs

The New Orleans Saints suffered a narrow loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in a game that could have swung across multiple games.
Cam Jordan believes he personally tasted the Saints game with a game that kicked him out in the fourth quarter.
With the chiefs in the lead 21-15 with 13:55 remaining, Jordan was thrown out for punching Kansas City's offensive lineman Andrew Wylie in the helmet. The Saints' defensive end also earned a 15 yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for the incident when Jordan was engaged to Wylie while storming Patrick Mahomes.
Does this deserve an expectoration?
Mahomes threw incompletely on the second game at the New Orleans 26-yard line. Instead of third and ninth place in the next game, the Chiefs faced first and tenth place after the penalty against Jordan at the Saints '13. Le'Veon Bell ran for a touchdown at the next game.
The Saints lined up for this game and the rest of the game without Jordan, a fulcrum of their defense.
Jordan blames the loss
Jordan implied after the game that he might disagree with the ejection but took the blame for the game, saying it would cost the Saints the game.
The Bell touchdown extended Kansas City's lead to 29-15, and a rally of the Saints ultimately fell short of Kansas City's 32-29 win.
The Saints head coach Sean Payton, who was known to have disagreed with the umpires in the past, had no qualms about the decision to dismiss Jordan.
"We've talked the whole time about playing with emotions but not with emotions," said Payton. "They push back and forth and I see what the officers saw. They saw it as a punch or a blow to the head. We just have to be smarter."
