Sandra Lee makes sugar cookie cupcakes and boozy eggnog for Christmas

TODAY Food's Top Shelf Star Sandra Lee makes some of her favorite holiday treats. She turns delicious sugar cookies into cupcakes and conjures up a festive eggnog with lots of rum and a few special ingredients.

What could be nicer than freshly baked sugar cookies? Sugar Cookies Cupcakes! My recipe uses a few store-bought shortcuts to minimize prep time, but I promise any Christmas candy fan will be blown away by this adorable dessert.
No Christmas party (not even a small and socially distant one!) Would be complete without eggnog. Of course, I like to spice up mine with a few extras. White chocolate liqueur makes any nog bought in the store totally silky, and a little nutmeg goes a long way here.
1 1/2 liters of egg liqueur
1/4 cup white rum
3/4 cup white chocolate liquor (Godiva preferred)
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Ground nutmeg for garnish
Combine eggnog, rum, and liqueur in a large jug. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, pour eggnog into a glass and garnish with a pinch of whipped cream or a scoop of soft ice cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and enjoy immediately.
