See former LSU football coach Ed Orgeron on the sidelines at Ponchatoula vs. Acadiana playoff game

Ed Orgeron is doing something he hasn't done in decades - watching a high school football game on the sidelines for fun.
The former LSU head coach was spotted on the sidelines with good friend Benny Latino, a former baseball player from southeast Louisiana, at the LHSAA Class 5A playoff game between Acadiana and Ponchatoula.
Orgeron has recruited several soccer players to the Ponchatoula pitch, including five-star security Jacoby Matthews of the Green Wave and Laterrance Welch of Acadiana.
Former LSU soccer coach Ed Orgeron stood on the sidelines for the Acadiana vs. Ponchatoula Class 5A playoff game on Friday, December 3rd.
Orgeron trained his last Tigers game on Saturday, November 27th, when LSU beat Texas A&M 27:24. Orgeron announced earlier this season that he would not be returning in 2022. Notre Dame's Brian Kelly will take over the Tigers next season.
