See Shannon break down over her COVID diagnosis in exclusive RHOC clip

The coronavirus pandemic continues to wreak havoc in Orange County.
The last three episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County have recorded the ladies' response to the crisis, from stocking up on toilet paper to trying to cope with constant childcare to their disagreements about the gravity of the situation. However, it wasn't until last week's episode for the cast members themselves to contract the virus.
Emily panicked when her husband Shane became increasingly ill, took care of him (after also testing positive), and eventually had to take him to the hospital, where she wasn't even allowed to accompany him into the house. Shannon's three daughters also all tested positive, and their mother FaceTimed out of their joint quarantine, where they baked goodies and made a countdown chart to document their experience.
This week, COVID-19 refuses to let go of the SoCal wives as Shannon himself is also infected with the virus. EW can exclusively reveal an emotional clip from Wednesday's episode in which she tearfully told her mother about her positive test result over the phone. "I'm scared because I'm scared that I'll get sick now," she says. "I'm so mad at my kids for being so careless."
Shannon's friend John joins her on the scene and shares that he tested negative, but it only seems like a matter of time before he gets it as he has been near Shannon during the entire quarantine - which she does also makes you concerned that the diagnosis will create tension in their relationship.
Check out the clip above to see Shannon spread the word. The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
