Seth Joyner doesn't hold back on how he feels about Jim Schwartz
Seth Joyner doesn't hold back how he feels about Jim Schwartz, who originally appeared on NBC Sports Philadelphia
Even when the Eagles' offensive finally found some bright spots in the course of Sunday's game against the Steelers, the defense could not withstand any pressure in their third loss in just five games of the season.
During the second half of the game, NFL analyst Seth Joyner set a clear tone for Eagle's Postgame Live on his social media:
If anything, that energy bubbled over NBC Sports Philadelphia when Joyner was asked to speak out in defense of the team.
"This game, this defeat, falls right on the shoulders of Jim Schwartz and his call to play," said Joyner. "The whole game. I mean every single situation you can look at."
The line of defense has not yet achieved any form of consistency in its first five weeks - and now that it has ended for over a quarter of the 2020 season it is cause for great concern for the upcoming games.
Let's just say that if Schwartz doesn't find out anything by next week, Joyner could go on Ricky Bo a la Phillies Postgame Live after a blown lead through the bullpen.
But let's be honest ... he says what we all think, right?
