As long as Steph Curry and Klay Thompson are in the bay, the Warriors remain an attractive target.
On top of that, after the dynasty's hiatus, Curry, Thompson, and Draymond Green get energized and hungry again than ever before, and you have a situation in which many free agents want to participate.
The warriors won't have much money to work with, but The Athletic's Shams Charania reported that some veterans are already seeing the warriors as a free agent target.
Playing alongside Curry, Thompson and Green and fighting for a title would attract most free agents, especially those who are still trying to cut "NBA Champion" off their list of career goals.
