'So Ridiculous': Seinfeld Reveals The Scene He Couldn't Film Without Laughing

Jerry Seinfeld says there was one scene in his iconic sitcom that he had to go through without laughing - and it took him about eight tries.
It was the interrogation scene from the 1991 episode "The Library" in which he was led by Lt. Bookman of the New York Public Library is questioned about a (supposedly) overdue book from 1971.
"It was just so ridiculous that he would interrogate me about a book in my own apartment," said Seinfeld in a video for Netflix, the series' new streaming home. "I just kept crashing."
He said they had to cobble together the scene from the various trials "because I screwed up a ton".
Lt. Bookman was played by Philip Baker Hall, and Sgt. Freitag by "Dragnet".
