Teen Mom OG 's Amber Portwood Says She's 'Gained 10 Lbs.' and Is 'Feeling a Lot Better!'

Amber Portwood focuses on becoming the healthiest version of herself and celebrates the progress of her wellness journey.
Although teen mom OG star rarely posts on Instagram these days, she shared an update with her followers on Monday that shows she feels "much better" after gaining 10 pounds.
"Good morning to every beautiful person out there!" started Portwood, 30.
"Gained 10 pounds and felt a lot better!" She wrote next to the photo of herself on which her character could be seen.
The MTV star said she "is working harder than ever on me. Much improvement and progress, but more?"
In addition to her physical well-being, Portwood said that she focuses on her mental health.
"Let's be healthy, my #mentalhealthcommunity, we have it as long as we continue to grow! Education is the key!" She continued.

The mother of two - she shares 11-year-old daughter Leah with ex-Gary Shirley and 2-year-old son James with ex-Andrew Glennon - has long been open to her mental health problems, including her bipolar diagnosis and suicidal thoughts .
Since November, Portwood has largely withdrawn from sharing posts on social media - a decision made after she was heard after her arrest.

Months earlier, on July 5, 2019, Portwood was arrested after allegedly assaulting Glennon while holding her son. The day after the incident, the MTV star was charged with household batteries, criminal ruthlessness with a deadly weapon, and household batteries in the presence of a child under 16.

During an April episode of Teen Mom OG, Portwood shared what it felt like to plead a case against Glennon in her household battery case.
