The famous 'Baker House' from 'Fixer Upper' is for sale! Take a look inside

A popular home in the last season of "Fixer Upper" is on the market!
The two-bedroom cottage, known as "Baker House", was the home of Patti Baker, who told Chip and Joanna Gaines that she was a widow who wanted to live closer to her family in the episode "New Chapter, New House" . The house on Herwol Avenue in Waco, Texas, has been renovated and offers functions such as a home office and a comfortable master suite.
The 1,432-square-foot house is full of natural light and has an open kitchen with custom worktops, a dining area with built-in seating, and custom closets.

Original wood floors span the entire ground floor and there are two living areas that make it the perfect place for families or guests.

"It's a cute house and everyone loves it," Shelly Negrete, the listing agent for the house, told TODAY Home. "I think it was unlike anything Chip and Joanna had done up to that point, you know, it wasn't all Shiplap and all that stuff. It's kind of a really neat house that everyone seems to love."
Negrete also confirmed that there have been no structural changes to the house since its release on "Fixer Upper".
The listing agent for the house said the only changes since then
Upstairs is the master bedroom that Baker requested when the house was featured on Fixer Upper. It includes a large storage space and a beautiful main bathroom.

The guest room is the perfect home office, just as Baker wanted it to be, and overlooks a spacious, enclosed garden full of trees and greenery.

This is not the first time the house has been sold. Baker sold it herself in 2018 after marrying Joe Finfrock. The new owners, whose names have not been shared, sell the house for $ 359,500.
It's an expensive house for the neighborhood, but Negrete said the value of the house has skyrocketed since it appeared on "Fixer Upper".

"This broke all the ceilings for some reason," said Negrete, who did not announce the price of the house before "Fixer Upper," but said she sold other houses that appeared on the show. "There's really nothing, especially in this neighborhood, that sells to where it's listed ... it's quite a bit higher than average."
Negrete confirmed that there was great interest in the house, but there were no offers.
