The Queen celebrated her 94th birthday today with a small military ceremony at Windsor Castle.
Her Majesty is currently isolating herself from the royal family on the estate.
The royal family is doing everything possible to celebrate the Queen's birthday. But of course there is no big party in her honor this year as they isolate from each other like the rest of us.
However, this does not mean that the queen, who turned 94 in April, has rejected plans to fully celebrate her big day.
Instead, a small military ceremony was held at Windsor Castle, which was carried out according to strict guidelines for social distancing.
And although the royal family may not have been there in person to celebrate, we're pretty sure they all cheered on from their palaces.

The ceremony began with the arrival of the Queen alone - although she had isolated herself from her home in Windsor with Prince Phillip. Instead, the king was supported by three guardsmen.

The queen looked pleased as a blow and came to a royal salute in the square followed by a musical performance by a band from the Household Division.

The ceremony ended with a second royal greeting when the queen left the grounds a few moments later.
The special event takes place almost two months after the Queen's actual birthday in April, when the royal family published their awards on social media.
That day, Prince William and Kate Middleton kept their message short by posting a picture of the three of them at last year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show. You have the picture "I wish Her Majesty the Queen a very happy 94th birthday today! ??".
In the meantime, Charles became sentimental by pulling together a series of relapse snapshots.
This year was the second time in her 68-year reign that the official Trooping the Color was not held in London. We are sure that next year will be a big year, Queenie!
