The Rock’s Post About Playing With Your Kids On Christmas Day Is Too Real
The Rock shared a photo of his daughter demanding to play with her and her new Christmas toys in a painfully relatable post
Hollywood star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is just like the rest of us - besides being a hot smoke, I mean, he's a millionaire, and has the ability to bench press a small SUV. Johnson, aka Dwanta (Dwayne + Santa = Dwanta), shared an adorable picture at Christmas with his daughter Tia and the new Barbie she got for Christmas. And playfully he means holding onto Barbie while his daughter ignores him.
The Rock can be seen with a "#DeathGripOnBarbie" in the adorable Instagram post while his daughter sits at his feet and plays with everything but Barbie. "After Christmas," Papa is coming, play Barbie with me, "which really means ... Papa holds this Barbie for 45 minutes while Baby Tia does what she wants and ignores Barbie all the time," Johnson captioned the photo.

He also pronounced the phrase most parents used to say at Christmas: "It's 5 o'clock somewhere, isn't it?" with a drink emoji.
Johnson always shares sweet moments with his kids with fans and we're glad he does. He seems like a very practical parent and his kids look like they love him. I mean how can you not
On Saturday, the actor shared another photo of him sitting in front of the TV with Tia. Dwanta had a hat that said, “Dwanta spends months carefully planning Christmas and this little independent boss just opens one present and decides to open the rest later, but first let's look at LION KING ... for the 987th time . "
It's funny because it's true. The parents build up Christmas morning and several times the little ones find a toy from the pile to play with instead of opening the other 500, or get bored and move on to something else entirely. The "something else" is often a film that you have seen a million times.
When he's not spending time with his family, Dwanta has been busy making other people's Christmas dreams come true. He shared a video of a father selling some of his stuff on eBay so he could give his kids a Christmas they would remember. The Rock has bought all of the items and plans to fly him out to visit the DC Universe exhibit once the trip is safe.
We love The Rock for its honesty and ability to keep it real. It reminds us that we are not alone in it - a feeling we definitely needed this year.
