There’s a Theory Johnny Is Dating a Lawyer From His Amber Trial—Here’s if They Have More Than a ‘Friendship’

objection. Many fans on social media are speculating that Johnny Depp is dating his attorney Camille Vasquez in his defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Is this theory true?
Rumors about the lawyer and the Pirates of the Caribbean star have been circulating on TikTok. The two giggled in a clip posted to the platform, and another TikTok highlighted that instead of a hug, the pair shook hands. Despite all these clues, Johnny and Camille are just co-workers. A source close to the attorney told TMZ on May 10, 2022 that "everyone on the legal team is tight-lipped, but everyone has become very close with their client — it's become both a professional relationship and a friendship."

Johnny sued his ex-wife Amber Heard for defamation in 2020 after Amber wrote a 2019 op-ed about domestic violence in The Washington Post. Though she didn't give a name, it has been speculated that the allegations were directed at Johnny, to whom she was married from 2015 to 2017. Johnny claimed in court that the comment tarnished his career and lost him roles such as his role in Pirates of the Caribbean.
The trial began in April 2022 and has garnered so much public attention. Many of Johnny's ex-boyfriends have responded to the allegations, including Winona Ryder, Vanessa Paradis and Jennifer Grey. A source close to Johnny told HollywoodLife in May 2022 that the actor is "very grateful that his fans are so vocal about this entire case, on social media and in person." It gave him renewed energy to keep fighting for what he believes is right.”
