There's "Official Unhappiness" at the Palace Over William and Kate Using Royal Helicopter to Bounce Between Homes

The Queen appears to be "uncomfortable" over Kate Middleton and Prince William's recent helicopter mission.
Amid the backlash over the royal family's spending, royal reporter Richard Palmer tells The Express: "You're vulnerable because then you see pictures of the Cambridge family flying up by helicopter. I mean, I think they got a little limited with that. I think the Queen was definitely uncomfortable because the whole family was out in the helicopter. I think there was a bit more going on behind the scenes at times.”

"I think there was a bit of official dissatisfaction with the time the Cambridges spent traveling by helicopter between Anmer Hall in Norfolk and Kensington Palace, their London residence," Richard said. "People in the Cambridge camp would say it didn't happen very often at all. Other people seemed to be implying that it's happening a little bit more than the Queen wanted it to happen."
Oh, and apparently the Queen also "let it be known she was concerned the Cambridges would be traveling by helicopter as a family because of the possibility of a crash," especially as several heirs to the throne were traveling together."
The Cambridges are about to move out of their home in Anmer Hall and are moving to Windsor, meaning they'll have to travel a lot less and presumably not need to hop on a helicopter as often. So... problem solved?
