Movable Roots specializes in building tiny houses on wheels, including the Henderson, a two-story, 300-square-meter caravan home for $ 115,000.
The Henderson design came after two of the company's founders, Nikki Cheatham and her husband Mike, decided to disrupt the tiny home industry, Nikki Business Insider said in an email. Before conceiving the Henderson building, the Cheathams saw tiny houses that looked more like obsolete log houses than unique modern buildings that resembled a "normal" house.
Movable Roots, headquartered in Florida, now has four other "flagship" houses alongside Henderson, including the 270-square-meter Hawk and the 275-square-meter Grant.
However, the company's work doesn't stop at its five-floor houses. Movable Roots also creates and sells trailers, custom small house builds for those who don't want an isolated layout, and tiny house shells for customers who want help with a tiny house but would rather complete the building process themselves.

The pendant is 30 feet long, but Movable Roots has added a two-foot extension at both ends of the trailer to extend its overall length to 34 feet.
