Tom Brady was not happy with his offensive line, and he screamed at them for it
In an empty soldier field, Fox had to press the mute button when Tom Brady hit his scrimmage line on the sidelines after a failed drive.
Brady got heated. Between the ages of 16 and 14, the Buccaneers began to impose sentences and have Brady beaten as if it were their job. They were stuck in a first-and-30 hole, and after collecting 11 yards, center Ryan Jensen committed a 15-yard personal foul for head-butting one of the Chicago Bears defenders. There were calls and missed assignments. It was not nice.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in a new era with Brady, and what happened next is part of it. Brady screamed on the sidelines. While Fox gave Brady a close look, someone appeared to have said something to him because Brady went back to find out more about who he was talking to. Fox spokespersons Joe Buck and Troy Aikman said Brady was heated on the offensive line.
Brady is a good teammate in every way, but not one who allows for mistakes. If he feels that someone is not doing their job, he won't be silent about it. Last week, Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians pointed to Brady's leadership as the reason the Bucs came back from a huge deficit to beat the Los Angeles Chargers.
“We knew we were playing badly. It was just a show of character. I can honestly say if this had been last year we would have hit our asses by 20, ”Arians said of ESPN. "[With] Tom - he's never in the back of our mind, so we can always play games to win games."
There are many reasons Brady is the only player to have six championship rings. He has respect, and sometimes he uses it to get his teammates' attention, even if it's not particularly family-friendly.
