Tori Spelling is "unharmed" after witnessing a shootout with her children.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, shared the scary news on social media Thursday, saying she was "in the wrong place at the wrong time," but she and her brood are fine.
"You know that angels are watching when you are in the wrong place at the wrong time and you & children & others nearby are unharmed afterwards," tweeted the "grateful" star on Thursday. “Never in my life would I have thought that I would see a man with a machine gun and then start shooting. Everyone is safe and we thank the hotel staff. "
However, the contribution of the spelling was vague. She did not specify where or when the shooting took place - although it has been speculated that it was in Atlanta. She also didn't respond to the many commenters who asked for more information.
A representative for the Los Angeles-based actress did not respond to Yahoo Entertainment's multiple requests for comment.
Spelling, 47, has five children with husband Dean McDermott: Liam, 13; Stella, 12; Hattie, almost 9; Finn, 8; and Beau, 3. The couple has been married since 2006.
