Toyah Pours Water on Herself as She and Robert Fripp Cover Rammstein’s “Keine Lust”: Watch

The post Toyah Pours Water on Herself as She and Robert Fripp Cover Rammstein's "Keine Lust": Watch appeared first on Consequence.
Shortly after announcing that they would be taking their popular "Sunday Lunch" series on a full concert tour next year, King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp and his singer Toyah Willcox have covered one of the most dynamic live acts of all time: Rammstein. In the latest issue of the YouTube series, the couple "Keine Lust" tackles the German band.
Dressed in the traditional German costume of dirndl (Toyah) and lederhosen (Robert), the pair deliver a playful rendition of the song from Rammstein's 2004 album Reise, Reise. Toyah holds various beer mugs and sings the song while dousing herself with water (beer would probably have left a sticky mess in her kitchen), while Fripp throws some whimsical looks in Toyah's direction while playing the guitar.

As previously mentioned, Robert and Toyah recently announced that they will be embarking on a "Sunday Lunch" tour in 2023, although no dates or venues have been announced yet. Throughout the pandemic, the prog rock legend and former '80s new wave singer has entertained millions of fans via YouTube with his quirky and playful covers of well-known rock songs.
