Starting with David Alaba at Manchester United, the Austrian defender will not sign a new contract at Bayern Munich and will leave the contract in July.
The 28-year-old Alaba is being followed by Real Madrid, Chelsea, Barcelona, PSG and Manchester City. However, one report notes that Manchester United are making great efforts to sign the seasoned and versatile defender / midfielder.
According to a report by the Spanish outlet AS, the many clubs that follow Alaba see him as much cheaper than signing Dayot Upamecano from RB Leipzig. The latter would cost over $ 70 million, which is why Alaba is very attractive because of its free transfer.
The report goes on to say that Man United and Man City have both contacted Alabas agent Pini Zahavi about his availability. Real Madrid see Alaba as a good replacement for Sergio Ramos, who no longer has a contract this summer.
United are looking pretty good defensively, but Victor Lindelof has had some tough moments alongside Harry Maguire and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was dying to add a new center-back in the final windows. Alaba would cover Solskjaer by holding midfield, full back and center-back and that's why the Austrian is so in demand.

Maxi Gomez the answer for Arsenal?
Arsenal are fighting for goals and Maxi Gomez could be the answer to their problems.
A report by the Daily Mirror said Arsenal are ready to come forward in January to sign the Uruguayan striker, 24, who almost moved to West Ham from Celta Vigo a few years ago but moved to Valencia instead.
In the past few months, things have turned for the worst in Valencia as they face major financial troubles and Club President Anil Murthy said more sales will be needed to balance the books. Valencia sold Ferran Torres, Rodrigo and Francis Coquelin, Geoffrey Kondogbia, Dani Parejo and Ezequiel Garay in the summer.
Gomez has a $ 150 million release clause, but Valencia is said to be willing to accept a lot less in order to get its reward from the book.
Arsenal have Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as their lead but he is fighting for goals while Eddie Nketiah, Gabriel Martinelli and Alexandre Lacazette are their other key strikers. Willian, Nicolas Pepe and Bukayo Saka are far apart.
Gomez could be a good fit for the Premier League as he is a good number nine who can hold the ball up and play well and pose a threat in the air. Arteta loves when Arsenal cross the ball (we all know that by now) so this could work well with Gomez above and Aubameyang on the left.
