Trevor Noah Says Herschel Walker Abortion Scandal Signals Derailment of Republican Party: ‘Tip of the Iceberg’ (Video)

Trevor Noah considers allegations that Herschel Walker paid for his girlfriend's abortion despite being a pro-life Republican Senate candidate to be just "the tip of the iceberg" and signals a major shift in the political party.
“He has multiple allegations of domestic violence against him, including from his ex-wife. His own son, a prominent Conservative, said most of the stories were true. And Herschel Walker himself said that sometimes he couldn't control his own brain," Noah said on Tuesday's episode of The Daily Show.
Despite all these problems, Noah declared that the Republican Party is ready to "go full steam ahead" in the Georgia Senate race, signaling even more that the party's top leaders value victory over values.

"Donald Trump has completely changed what it means to be a Conservative because less than a decade ago a candidate so hypocritical, so flawed and so devious would not have had the party's support," he said. "But because winning is now more important than any principle or value these politicians once held, they are ready to go full force, even if it means going full force against a brick wall."
Noah spent nearly three minutes explaining all of Walker's scandals before landing on his most recent. The Daily Beast reported earlier Tuesday that one of Walker's ex-girlfriends claims he paid for her abortion in 2009. The former NFL player.
"The only way that could be more of a paper trail would be if he bought a souvenir T-shirt from the abortion clinic gift shop," Noah said.
