Shortly after the video was released on Christmas Eve, Mr Trump was back on Twitter, complaining about the lack of support from Republicans he supposedly saved from the election defeat but who have now left him.
He also hit Twitter himself for "going wild with his flags and trying to suppress even the truth" and "suppress free speech".
“Does Congress know this is how communism begins? Break culture in the worst case, "tweeted Trump.
In an all-caps post, the president claims that electoral fraud is not a conspiracy theory, but that "IT IS A FACT !!!"
In a second tweet, he specifically called on Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell about his lack of Republican support.
“I saved at least 8 Republican senators, including Mitch, from losing in the last rigged election (for president). Now they sit back (almost all) and watch me fight a crooked and vicious enemy, the radical Left Democrats, ”he said.
"I will never forget!"
