Trump bashes New York, Illinois, California in plea for votes
President Trump is pursuing an interesting strategy to rally support in three of the most populous, bluest states in the United States.
On Monday morning, the president made a tweet spree, targeting California, which he said went to Hell, and New York, which he claims was already there.
The fate of Illinois is not quite as dramatic from Trump's point of view, but is "sad" nonetheless, since it apparently "has no place to go".
