President Trump still won't say whether he'll sign the latest $ 900 billion coronavirus stimulus plan as federal unemployment benefits and an evacuation program for millions of Americans expire. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, who met with the president on Christmas Day, tweeted that Mr. Trump appears convinced that stimulus payments should more than triple to $ 2,000 per person.
