Updated NFC East playoff picture after Eagles’ 33-26 loss to the Cardinals in Week 15
The Eagles are in the middle of the NFC playoff race, despite losing 33-26 to the Cardinals on Sunday. With the Giants' defeat on Sunday evening, three teams are still looking for a birth in the NFC playoffs.
Philadelphia is 1½ games behind the first-placed Washington Football team and two to play. Washington must lose to Carolina and the Giants lose one of their last two games.
With the Eagles' defeat to Arizona they have to beat Dallas and Washington in the next two weeks and The Football Team also lose to Carolina next Sunday.
The Eagles would then need the Giants (Bal, Dal) to lose two of their next two games as well, and have a potential week 17 winner against the Washington Football team.
