Vanessa Bryant congratulated the Lakers on Instagram after the team won their 17th NBA title.
Vanessa said she wished Kobe Bryant and Gianna Bryant were there to see the team win in a touching Instagram post.
Last night the Lakers defeated the Miami Heat 106-93 to claim the NBA title for the first time since 2010. The win comes nine months after Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna tragically died in a helicopter crash and Kobe's wife Vanessa paid tribute to them and congratulates the team.
Vanessa shared a photo of Rob Pelinka, general manager of Kobe and Lakers, and wrote, “Go Lakers! Congratulations, Uncle P! Congratulations @Lakers! Kobe was right, RP here to see that. "

LeBron James also spoke about Kobe after the game, saying, "We got as close as we could when that moment happened. And of course we know it got the whole basketball world close too, but when you're internal and it hits at home, it just means a lot more and from that moment we adjusted to saying, 'This is bigger than us.' "
Congratulations to the Lakers for taking the win home with them ❤️.
