Walking Dead's Chandler Riggs bought a Hollywood Hills farmhouse for $ 1.735 million last year, and the actor now appears to be looking for a company. According to records, his guest house can be rented for $ 3,700 a month.
Newly renovated near Lake Hollywood, the space spans 700 square feet and is fully furnished. It is located above the street and should offer a lot of privacy as the listing states that it is on a different floor than the main house.
The entire house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and the guest house occupies one pair each.
Inside, a recessed lamp hangs over wide wooden floors. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a kitchen and living room, in which panoramic windows offer a view of the mountains.
The 20-year-old Riggs appeared in the films "Get Low" and "Jesus H. Zombie" before appearing as Carl Grimes in "The Walking Dead" from 2010 to 2018. More recently he appeared in the ABC family drama "A Million Little Things". ”
Jorge Gamboa of Century 21 Allstars keeps the listing.
