She shared a powerful message with her Instagram fans about using body movements to clean your head.

Tracee Ellis Ross, 47, has used her social media platform to help fans take care of her mental health in recent months, but when it comes to her own, she can have healing powers if she just lets go .
High Note star's latest Instagram tip on how to clear your mind: dance as if no one is watching. "If you feel stuck or stagnant and can't find your way around, breathe and move," she wrote in a new post. "Move through it. Let go of it through movement. Shake it out. Hold room for yourself, make room for yourself, allow processes and love yourself all the way through."
In the video you can see Tracee getting into a groove in her living room, while "Heavy Balloon" by Fiona Apple is booming in the background. The black-haired actress swings her torso in time for the music and goes on the spot before finally bending down and shaking her butt in time for the music.
The comments were all about Tracees bootylicious moves. "Breathe, move and let go through movement? Yes!" A fan wrote. "How do you have so much energy? Give me something! ????" said another.
While Tracee's message about movement is serious #wordstoliveby, it's impossible not to notice the fact that her bum is super tinted - especially when it's right in front of your face.
There is a reason for this: Tracee is not playing around in the fitness department. She is very fond of Tracy Anderson's dance cardio workouts and she does them often. "It keeps me strong and long with a little wiggle. Just like I like it!" Tracee wrote on Instagram in April. (Tracee has been doing these workouts at home regularly lately, by the way.)
But Tracee is also cool at taking breaks when she needs them. "Life is going on and sometimes that means you have to end your routine. And that's fine," Tracee said on Instagram last year.
Regarding nutrition, Tracee told People that she likes "simple whole foods" and avoids dairy products. She also wants to have about four liters of water a day.
