What's The Most Out Of Touch Thing Your Boomer Boss Has Said Or Done At Work?

It's no secret that Boomers, Millennials, and Gen Z'ers have pretty different opinions on how business should be run when it comes to the workforce.
While it's not monolithic - and I can't stress that enough; Obviously, not everyone in every age group follows the same stereotypes – those between 57 and 75 are more traditional.

At times, Boomer's traditional nature can feel... out of reach. It's something I've experienced myself. At a previous job, I considered going back to school, and my boss told me, "College is a small price to pay for a big payoff with a second degree."
I didn't have the heart to tell her that many of my friends had gone back to school and weren't in much better financial shape. In fact, some are worse off with the second mountain of debt.

So I want to hear from you. If you're a Millennial or Gen Z'er, what's the most outlandish thing your Boomer boss has said to you?
Perhaps you were a business owner who didn't believe in paying anyone above minimum wage despite demanding long hours, meeting high expectations, and offering little reward—inevitably leading to staff shortages and growing frustration.
My first sign of understaffing in the wild, found at my local Taco Bell. I've never been so happy about inconvenience. from anti-work
Or maybe you were once thinking about moving to a new company and your boss reprimanded you, playing the old "Be loyal to your company and they will be loyal to you" card.
I lost my job of 3 years because of this. from anti-work
You may even have heard your boss call younger generations lazy and that they no longer understand the value of hard work.
I'm pretty sure I'm just lazy, need to find my bootstraps or something from antiwork
Whatever the case, I'm curious to hear about your experiences. Let me know what happened in the comments and your answer can be used in an upcoming post.
